Kelly brings a non-traditional and diverse background and set of experiences to her role in talent leadership at Aon. Kelly began her career in non-profit management after studying fine arts in her undergraduate programs and getting her master’s degree in education. She then changed career paths, taking on a variety of line HR and talent roles at Aon beginning in 2015. Her current role focuses on coaching, career development, and colleague engagement. Kelly lives in Brooklyn with her husband and son and their dog and cat.
