Kristin Slavish is an HR leader with experience across a broad array of HR disciplines. She is currently a Vice President in the People Organization at Aon plc, specializing in Executive Talent Management. She joined Aon via Hewitt Associates in 1997 as a Human Resources Business Partner in the Consulting Business and progressed through various Human Resource Business Partner and Management roles. Most recently, Kristin was the Vice President of Human Resources for Consulting. Prior to joining Aon, Kristin worked in Human Resources roles at General Mills and in the foodservice industry. She graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Masters degree in Labor and Industrial Relations. Kristin is a professional coach with certifications in multiple assessment tools.
