Richard Nuffer Chief Learning Officer, Defense Commissary Agency Richard Nuffer has been in learning and development for over 30 years. He has served as the Chief Learning Officer at the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) for 15 years. The Agency has approximately 15,000 employees worldwide. He implemented satellite, online, and webinar training at two Defense Agencies. He has built a leadership training program at DeCA that serves entry level employees to executives. His current focus is building a leadership culture at all levels reaching all generations. He has successfully linked training to corporate strategic objectives providing foundational support and ensuring training impact. He has an MPA and is a master instructor certified by Franklin Covey and others. He loves to facilitate instruction and team building whether to one person or 1000.
