Tom Bigda-Peyton, EdD, MEd is Chief Learning Officer and Vice-President of Organizational Development at Catholic Health Services of Long Island. Dr. Bigda-Peyton is a consultant, author, and expert on individual transition, organization design, and system transformation. He has led major change initiatives across multiple industries, including healthcare, government, and business, and social venture organizations. His clients have included Fidelity Investments, Lenscrafters, and Otis Elevator; Tufts University; the National Academy of Pediatrics; the Workplace Safety Ministry of British Columbia, the Ministry of Health, Province of Ontario, and the Federal Aviation Administration. Tom has worked with healthcare systems throughout the US and Canada. He is the author of two books: From Innovation to Transformation- Moving Up the Curve in Ontario, and Safety Culture in Aviation and Healthcare.
