Bethany Ellis serves as the Director, Talent Management & Development for DuPont. In this role, Bethany leads the talent strategy and delivery of core processes including talent management, employee listening, performance management, leadership development, career planning, and capability building programs for the global organization. Throughout her career, Bethany has helped organizations build the talent and cultures required for competitive advantage in both generalist and functional roles. Bethany joined DuPont in 2018 as an HR Business Partner and Talent Manager. Prior to DuPont, Bethany served for four year as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Human Resources Sr. Manager for PepsiCo-Frito Lay. Her career in human resources began in the HR Leadership Development Program at Lockheed Martin and was nurtured for 15 years through a variety of experiences in business transformation, labor and employee relations, organization & talent development, and talent acquisition. Bethany holds a MS in Industrial Relations & Human Resources from Penn State University and a BS in Psychology from West Chester University.
