London Murray currently serves as Vice President of User Experience Learning and Development at JPMorgan Chase and Co. She joined JPMorgan in 2020 leading change management initiatives in global technology then returned to her passion for learning and development in the community banking space. London is an innovative thought leader who strives to create and advocate for inclusive learning experiences. Her doctoral research in executive development and minority mentorship is poised to implement programmatic values to create meaningful corporate partnerships between learning professionals and the community. London holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University, and is a current doctoral student with a focus on Organizational Learning and Innovation.
