Dr. Angela L.M. Stopper is the Chief Learning Officer at the University of California, Berkeley. She is responsible for the 10-person team who creates and delivers campus-wide workforce education and career and professional development initiatives, organization development and change management consulting services, and employee experience programming. In addition to her work at UC Berkeley, Dr. Stopper is a faculty member with Penn State World Campus where she has developed and is teaching a course for the online Master of Professional Studies degree in Organization Development and Change titled Marketing Organization Development.Dr. Stopper holds a B.S. in Marketing and International Business, a M.S. in Workforce Education and Development, and a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development with a concentration in Human Resources and Organization Development.
