Kristen Sapato has 20+ years of Training, Management and Business Operation experience. She has been working with software training since 2000 and now focuses on the training needs of Healthcare organizations. Kristen manages an internal training team that not only provides services to our clients, but has been instrumental in establishing online training for all HCI HR onboarding across the entire organization. This includes organizational onboarding training and client specific skills and process training for our client deliveries. Kristen also leads nine remote and onsite training teams that are located across the United States working for clients. Her passion is in seeing training done “right”, whether it’s virtual, in person or online.
