Noah G. Rabinowitz Vice President, Human Resources Chief Learning OfficerNoah G. Rabinowitz is a vice president of Human Resources (HR) and the chief learning officer at Intel Corporation. He leads the Global Leadership Development and Learning organization responsible for providing world-class, value-added development solutions for all segments of Intel’s employee population – from entry-level to executive. An almost 25-year veteran of the HR and learning industry, Rabinowitz joined Intel in 2019 from Deloitte Consulting, where he served as managing director. There, he worked with global clients across multiple industries to design, build, and deliver business-transformational leadership and learning programs. Earlier in his career, he held numerous consulting and HR leadership roles at Korn Ferry and AlcatelLucent. Rabinowitz has a bachelor’s degree in history and Spanish from Hamilton College and a master’s degree in education from the University of Michigan. A recognized specialist and thought leader in senior leadership development and human capital, he is a frequent guest lecturer at several leading business schools and industry conferences. He is also deeply committed to volunteer work in supporting veterans in their transition to civilian careers.
