Carol Sinko leads Publicis Groupe’s global learning management platform, Publicis Learning.

In this role, she oversees a global team of learning and development experts and helps drive strategic direction of global agency learning initiatives.

In January 2016, Carol spearheaded the launch of the industry’s first and most comprehensive Programmatic Marketing Certification program. She and her team worked closely with Adobe to architect a customized platform to host a robust, interactive eLearning experience for Publicis Groupe employees around the globe. This platform evolved from an initial audience base of 2,000 users and now hosts more than 300 proprietary courses, integrated material from third party courseware providers, and 60,000 users worldwide.

Carol has more than 20 years of experience in learning and development.  Prior to joining Publics Groupe in 2008, she was a senior training specialist at a software development company where she designed and deployed live and online learning solutions for the organization’s financial accounting system.

Carol holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Northwestern University and is a member of the eLearning Guild and the Association of Talent Development in Chicago (ATDChi) – two leading organizations for learning and development professionals. She has received the Workplace Learning and Performance Institute (WLPI) and Chief Learning Officer (CLO) Symposium certificates, demonstrating her advanced expertise in training and education.
