Andreas Brockhaus is the executive director of the Office of Digital Learning & Innovation (DLI) at the University of Washington, Bothell.

The DLI team collaborates with faculty and schools to explore effective digital pedagogies, create flexible and engaging learning environments, and support the design and development of high quality media content. Some of Andreas’ current interests are focused on designing informal and formal learning environments to promote learning, increasing digital learning opportunities for students, and exploring emerging technologies such as the potential of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning. He has presented at a number of conferences including Educause, AACE E-Learn, the Online Learning Consortium, and Campus Technology. He is also adjunct faculty in the First Year and Pre-Major Program at UW Bothell
