CHRO TV

VISION

While we understand that there is no replacement for face-to-face access to industry peers and solution providers, time out of the office has become more of a barrier than ever before.  During every delegate acquisition campaign facilitated by IQPC Exchange, we will consistently hear from prospective C-Level Attendees that their issue is pressing, they have a budget to find a solution, they have a timeline set of no more than 12 months but they simply can not afford to be out of the office.

Partnering with IQPC Exchange, C-SuiteTV is focused on creating virtual meetings that will allow for C-Level executives to collectively discuss and evaluate solutions to specific challenges within distinct functional areas in a roundtable format from the comfort of their office.

MISSION

We built this company to create the first real advancement in traditional business to business conferencing in nearly 25 years.  Evolution in communication technology has gone underutilized in the events industry for far too long.  Our most senior delegates do not leave their offices very often, plain and simple.  As a result, it is becoming more and more difficult for these executives to benchmark, learn, and share best practices.  In addition, it is nearly impossible for solution providers to reach them.   C-SuiteTV has created a platform to help these executives overcome their respective challenges.

CHRO TV

C-SuiteTV presents CHRO TV. This is the first Virtual Meeting Platform specifically dedicated to HR Leaders across the Fortune 1000. Complementing our CHRO Exchange taking place November 10-12 in Amelia Island, Florida, CHRO TV will be running a series of Virtual Meetings focused on specific challenge areas that have been indicated as “top priority” by our premier delegates.  These challenge areas require immediate attention but our delegates may not have the time and/or resources to leave the office to address them.

Check out our upcoming schedule of Virtual Meetings and get involved while opportunities remain.

Chart Your Successful Gamification Strategies Now: Know Where the Pitfalls Will Likely Be

January 16, 2014 at 1PM EST

Gamification is a surging issue and likely to be a major topic of discussion in 2014-15. Simply defined, gamification is the use of game mechanics to drive game-like engagement, action and behavior in non-game processes and it present a new and complex juncture for learning delivery systems, an employee engagement tool for internal audiences, and marketing and customer relations tools for external customers. From one point of view gamification is not new and certain aspects have been around in business processes for decades. What is new is the addition of the digital online environment, real-time analytics, mobility, cloud services and social media platforms to drive the outcomes of the initiatives. Either way CHRO’s should be at the table. Discover how to get gamification right and avoid the major pitfalls. Consider:

  • At least 2/3 of American workers are not actively engaged at work. Will gamification solve this problem?
  • By 2014 80% of current gamified applications will fail to meet business objectives primarily because of poor design
  • By 2015 those companies who are focused on increased and improved innovation, more than half will have famified their processes.

Join this panel to learn what’s happening in the MOOC space and how your company can take advantage of these transformations in education.

January 30, 2014 at 1PM EST

Social Learning, simply defined is the process by which employees learn from each other. In this era of global information platforms this knowledge base can become a treasure trove of knowledge to improve front line performance, efficiencies, sales, marketing, product development and processes while reducing costs across the enterprise. Social learning is not new; it’s as old as formal education going back to the Greek academies where students spent as much time debating topics with each other as they did learning from the teacher or lecturer. What’s different is the information technology and social media.

Learn how to prepare your organizations to implement social learning platforms and manage them as they grow.
