Dr. Christopher Berg

VP of Field Enablement ADP

Chris is currently the Head of Global Learning Design for Enterprise Learning at ADP in Roseland, NJ. His responsibilities include overseeing a global team of instructional, media, and graphic designers, the project management office for Enterprise Learning, along with multiple levels of management and directors that support both internal and external learning for ADP. His division supports 13 Business Units, over 30 strategic platforms, 40,000 + associates, and over 6 million clients. Chris has worked for three Fortune 300 companies and held multiple junior executive positions in the learning and development field. Chris’ skillset includes experience in cognitive and developmental psychology, learning and development, digital transformation, classroom and virtual training, instruction, instructional design, human resources, machine learning, adaptive learning, assessment methodology, and recruitment. Chris earned an Ed.D in educational leadership from the University of New England and a master’s degree in instructional design from Quinnipiac University and holds a master’s in organizational leadership and a BA in Psychology. Currently, Chris is involved in post-doctorate research to study EQ in metric driven organizations.
