I became a leader in my field by continuously learning "on the job". I am passionate about helping others break barriers and master crucial skills in the careers they want by designing thoughtful learning experiences that encourage growth. Whether it's crafting engaging training sessions, moderating thought leadership panels, or mentoring individuals, my focus is always creating environments where people feel empowered to learn & grow. I have experience working with folks 1:1 to small cohorts to even 500+ audiences in-person & virtually. My grit has granted me the opportunity to work with global teams for the largest tech companies in the world, like Uber, TikTok, Spotify, etc. I am excited to be a part of this conference and have some great learning moments of my own!
