Dr. Rajaram has over 18 years of corporate leadership and senior management experience in higher education, training & development, organisational development, change management and strategic management. He has served as the Head-Director of Academic Affairs and Business Development for Asia Pacific, thereafter, as the CEO of a Global Leadership and Organisational Learning consulting firm before he crossed over as a researcher and educator. Dr. Rajaram has a Ph.D. with Distinction in Business and Management, majoring in Organisational Learning Science. He is currently a Senior Lecturer in Management, Course Chair at Nanyang Business School and a Research Fellow-Affiliate with the Centre for Research and Development in Learning. He is an expert in leadership, organizational learning, learning science, management education, learning culture and innovation where he was instrumental in transforming and implementing the flipped-classroom pedagogy and adopting team-based, blended learning in the course he chairs at NTU. He has received multiple competitive school, university and national level research grants and awards on topics related to pedagogical innovation and employability skills & competencies. He has published in management education, learning culture in multi-disciplinary context and internationalisation of business education. Dr. Rajaram is also the Founder of the Research Lab for Learning Innovations and Culture of Learning - InnovsolvLearn, Creative Solutions (InnosolvLearn.com).
