During his 15+ years of sales & operational leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, he's proven the ability to build, develop, inspire, and lead teams that exceed targets and drive company culture. He specifically focuses on data-driven program & system design, execution, and reporting to improve performance and operational efficiency. He has also been advising an impactful new L&D startup SKALE Education that is making mastery learning and one on one teaching attainable for any company.
