Heidi is a learning and leadership expert who has long been fascinated by what drives ordinary people to deliver truly extraordinary results. She’s spent her career working across multiple industries and on the ground in more than 30 countries learning what truly works (and what doesn’t) to unleash learning and connect people to what matters most at work and in life. Today, she dedicates her time, alongside her brilliant colleagues, channeling that learning and expertise into creating the workplace of the future - one in which everyone can thrive. Heidi brings a strong executive presence to her work and couples that with a warm, engaging spirit that makes her approachable and sought after as a consultant, facilitator and coach. With a strong background in business and a history of leadership in both business and people functions, Heidi understands that a strong people strategy is a business strategy. She’s held executive roles at World Vision International and Tesla, and currently leads Learning & Talent at Palo Alto Networks, the world’s leading cybersecurity company. Heidi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She’s married to the love of her life, mother to two teenage daughters, and two large dogs. She lives in Michigan, loves wine, and speaks gratitude fluently.
