She has led Publicis Media’s Manager & Leadership Training Program for nearly 5 years and had over 8000 employees participate in live training classes since the program launch. This includes the strategic program development and launch, vendor selection, internal content development and facilitation, training of other facilitators and program recruitment and management. Prior to that, she led the Flight Basics Entry Level Training Program for 5 years where she had the opportunity to learn what learning experiences people respond best to!
