Michelle Anderson is the Director of Global Learning & Development for AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. She has over 16 years of insurance industry experience, most in L&D. Throughout her career, Michelle has supported multiple company-wide cultural transformations, built multi-level employee programs, and implemented robust leadership and employee career development programs. Michelle earned a Master’s in Education from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, and is Kirkpatrick Gold Level Certified in Four Levels Evaluation.
