"In this new hybrid world of work, it’s a bit different building relationships, collaborating and working together. Even though people are executing their work, having a sense of community and connection is harder when you’re remote and geo-located. So a lot of the programs and interventions that we have underway are not only focused on building skills and driving impact but are focused on the whole human/person, and thinking about what we can put into place to help people connect further." - Kason Morris
We are excited to announce that Kason Morris has joined the Corporate Learning Network Advisory Board. Read his interview for insights on L&D readiness, engagement, retention and much more.
